Just added Lucas Universal hydraulic & transmission fluid to Dexron lll . Is it OK?

Just added Lucas Universal hydraulic & transmission fluid to log splitter reservoir. Noted it says Dexron lll only on a machine. Is that OK or I need to drain and replace the whole thing? Added about 1/3 of a gallon, may be less. It s27 ton yard machine, older model.

You are just talking about a splitter which is as basic of a machine as you can get.
I mix various oils in the hydrolic systems on my equipment.Usually use AW32 but i add ATF to put some color in it to see the level.
