We have a King 5502M and got it in 2014. A little background: It's been down for two years. We bought some pellets at TSC, a brand we'd used before, and one bag made huge klinkers. I didn't think it was a big issue and just used the things. I got up one morning, after turning the thing off the previous night, and there was a klinker that literally filled the firebox. It was like a loaf of bread. It had gotten so hot that it de-formed the firebox. I spent two days getting the firebox out without messing up the frame where it sits, banged it back into shape, and finally had to put it on a grinder to get it to fit again. It also burned out the igniter which was fused to the housing - had to replace the housing and the igniter. Yeah - it was a mess. I had some trouble getting it wired back up (had the wrong wire on the auger motor), moved on to remodeling the kitchen and the thing sat. Then, I had a stroke December 30th of 2020. Finally, I went to work (about 5 days ago) getting the thing back up and running. I found my wiring error and figured we were good. It passes all of the tests in the "initial test" mode. The problem, as the title suggests: I turn it on, the pellets feed, the igniter works, the pellets catch fire, and the room fan (which runs fine manually) never starts. There's a wire that can easily come loose in these things which can cause this - it's labeled "TEMP IN" on the main board. That happened once before when I cleaned the thing. I checked and, indeed, it was loose. But, whereas that had been the problem a long time ago, that connection is now secure and room fan still never starts. I made a video and, supposedly, the head tech at US Stove watched the thing (today). The gal on the phone said the guy watched the video (I included the initial test, and, the room fan never starting) and she said that he had told her that my stove was "operating normally". Huh? If the room fan never comes on (and the case gets really hot, of course) it's not operating normally and of no use. Is there a sensor somewhere that could be bad? I am utterly confused as to what to do. There's almost no one around our area that works on these things. I run a web server, strictly as a hobby, and you can watch the video - although it would probably be of no help - at the following URL: http://www.netkwik.com/index.php/king-pellet-stove-5502m-wont-blow-heat/
