Been a lot of bad reviews about controls failing, motors (all) failing or making noises. I’ve never worked on one but there has been quite a few post on here for help

Did they get it from tractor supply co. With the 220 off discount?

Ohhhh you’ll be working on it no matter what make it is that’s what us dad’s do!

Just bought the same one...keeping fingers crossed...

Just bought the same one...keeping fingers crossed...
Now it ja up.and.runing and besides that tue Room Blower is way Note noisy as anticipated, it heats well

Some additional untold info about the functions
Feed range setting change: Heat range button down and Aux button down at same time and you get the lowest feed per pound set right now shown in display...aux up and down can change the setting...
Pellet should be at about 2.00 for lowest setting but everyone can play with it to get best values for their pellets/stove config
Pressing on button safes setting
Doing same with with the up buttons shows and enables to change the max feed range in pounds per hour...for pellets should be 4.8-5.00 but happy testing...changing again with aux up and down and saving with on button
To change to Cherry pits or other fuel, these changes are needed to get a real fire going.

Mine when I did this was set I'm guessing factory to 1.80. That was on HR4.
You might have had your stove running on HR4 but that pph rate that is showing when pushing the HR down and AUX down button is showing what the feed rate starts at on HR1. It's a proportional controller, it takes the highest feed rate and lowest feed rate and divides them up equally through your HR's.
