Hi all,

Have recently had a Piazetta pellet fire installed - so far really happy with it.
No huge problems as such - a couple of failed starts... suspected bad batch of pellets perhaps. Will keep an eye on that.
Reading the forums here, I came across "lazy flame" - and after watching a few videos I'm still not sure if I can pick the difference between a normal flame and a lazy flame.

I've taken a video of our pellet fire starting up (largest flames) - https://www.dropbox.com/s/v2o038p7v71e3p3/pellet-startup2.MOV?dl=0
And then after startup during normal operation - https://www.dropbox.com/s/kk4x6p4vw6roi7u/pellet-running.MOV?dl=0

Do these look pretty normal?

If they are looking 'lazy' then perhaps my failed starts are due to not enough oxygen rather than bad pellets...

Looks good
A lazy flame slowly flickers. You will see when the stove gets dirty.
