We presently have a wood stove with approx. 6 in legs.
We need to take that stove out and will be replacing it with a Dutchwest 2460, ( small ) which will sit lower to the floor. We have plenty of tile and stone under the old stove, but would like to lift the newer one up off the floor a bit. Preferably the same height as the one that is in now. ( six inches up). Any suggestions on what to place under the new stove to get it lifted up?

What is the hearth? Can you raise the hearth? You could set the stove on some block, but it might not look that good. Also alot of stoves can be ordered with taller legs. You may want to check that.
