I have a clay liner around a stainless steel pipe that goes out of the wall from my house to the chimney. I don’t want the clay liner. Don’t really feel safe with it. What should I use instead? I have it circled in the pictures. Thanks

Can you put up clearer (and closer) pics of the outside setup?
I’m not a professional but the set up looks suspect. Wondering if removing the current set up and then installing the proper wall pass-through set up and class A chimney on the outside would be the best thing.
Does that block chimney service anything else aside from the stove?
I’ll let others chime in.

You need an insulated thimble to pass through the wall. You also need more hearth and more clearance to combustibles for that stove
