Who can you go to if the local fireplace dealer treats you like dirt ? What kind of association or what ever can you go to ??
Answer:
First try me- I'm a member of many trade groups and maybe can help you if there is a problem. If you just want to complain about him personally- there's not too many places to go. Your local BBB or Board of Consumer Affairs can also be a place to register a complaint. Our trade org, the HPBA is at the link below.
