You can't over-cook the breast or it'll be too dry. If you handle the breast with care you will be rewarded.

OK, we can add turkeys to the list of things BWS has no use for, like pallets, ash pans and T-posts.
Don't forget Fiskars splitting tools and timberjacks.

Shoot the biggest bird and then brine that sucker for 24 hours... my neighbor did that last year and then believe it or not, grilled the entire bird. Best turkey I've ever eaten. No joke.
