Looking a Used Country Flame Fireplace Insert (catalyst).

I’m a newbie for inserts. Looking at a used country Flame Fireplace Insert catalyst.

The house has about 1100 square feet. It gets COLD in the house in fall, it has a lot of glass.

Have any feedback about this?

The Insert slides into the Fireplace 14-15 inches.
