Look up the SootEater kits. I've got about 28' feet and the kit come with 18'. I bought two kits which leaves me with an extra head and a couple extra rods just in case the need ever arises. I've only used mine once for this year's mid-season clean up. My run is straight so I was able to look up the entire length and it did a great job.

From what I see the rod ends break easily?

I don't think the rods break easily. They will stress over time if your flexing them without a straight run. I have around a 30 degree bend with a rear vent stove and I finally broke a rod last week. This was probably after 6 cleanings over a three year period and they work great, guess I got my monies worth?

Most folks that have used them (on this forum) have given positive reviews. Do a thread search, compare the price, decide for yourself.

best price on Amazon....

I broke a rod by using my drill on high speed in a 90 degree bend. Using the drill on the lower speed I have had no problems and it cleans fairly well.
