If you were going to buy a low cost, supplemental furnace (wood only) what combustion technology would you prefer and why?

Catalytic

Tubular Secondary Combustion Non-Catalytic

Refractory Combustion Chamber Gasifier

Thank you in advance.

I would love to see Secondary Combustion - NonCat

Wanted to put one in the garage as i convert it to my shop and storage. Chose to add a second wood stove until i figure out what I want to do.

I'm with the tubular secondary non cat also. Cats seem to work great for some, but would be a bit much for my wife when I'm still at work. ;) Gotta keep it workable for her too. Been real pleased with my 28-3500, but hope to see ESW produce my vote.
