i have a chance to pick up a 2 month old brown m55 with pipe and a new warranty for $3700. Is that a good deal?

Betcha it's not as new as you think. I had ine in my shop that I installed new in 2013 but the born on date was 2011. The enamel knew aren't as popular as the painted black ones. That being said, I sold my shop demo enamel one for $3800 installed. The manufacture date will be an issue if it's being sold with a warranty from the dealer. That is to say, if the dealer gives you a like new warranty, it will be from the dealer and not Enviro. Any warranty will be as is according to the born on date.

Inside, on the bottom side of the hopper lid when you lift it. Look for a metallic looking sticker/plate. It will have the stove production year and month as well as the serial number.

Just looked at the stove. It looks like brand new mint condition stove. I could not find the year and serial number on the hoppper lid. Only thing I saw was an enviro logo. Is that something you could have taken off without damaging the enamel?

It is under the hopper lid in the back hopper, not the enamel hopper
