Part 33 Safety Sensor
2. High Limit Thermostat: A high temperature limiter is installed on the bottom of the hopper. If this sensor is exposed to temperatures higher than 158 degrees then the stove is shut off.

Check it - some have to be reset

As Whitnuckler said, the overheat switch has most likely popped.
It will have a red top. Push it down, should hear a pop, and it stays down
After a hopper fire, most likely the cause of no start .

How small is this sensor? I looked everywhere is it near something? Do I have to unscrew it to reset it?
I looked at this again - it looks like it's not a thermodisk but a sensor called Protection Sensor. It could have been damaged. Check your hopper door switch too. Check to see if there are any fuses on the board.

This is the wire I found hanging

Here is a picture of the safety sensor. If you have a meter you could try and read the ohms although I'm not sure what it's made of ie thermistor or thermocouple.

This is what they say the temperature sensor is. You could check it too.

I see a label for earthquake sensor????

You also will have a room temperature sensor.

I have the same stove and would love to know how you had a fire in the hopper?

I just had my vacuum switch go out in mine, waiting on parts, it would not go out of stabilization mode.
That one (or yours) appears to have a hopper lid switch as an interlock. I'm not expert, but it might be there for a reason.

What would happen if you had a big fire going, the hopper lid was not closed, and you lose power?

The pellet feed system is somewhat like Envrio stoves
I have seen 2 stoves that had hopper fires, and in both cases
They were caused by a gross lack of maintenance. The stoves
were so plugged with ash that the burn pot filled with ash
and pellets kept dropping. They eventually built up enough
for the fire to burn up the pellet shoot and down the auger.
There was no fire in the hoppers, just smoke. Just for the fun
of it try cleaning a hopper that has had 2 buckets of water
dumped into it. I got both stoves for less than 10 $, cost
nothing to clean and repair, just a lot of sweat equity. sold
both stoves to friends, and they are still working as they
should, only now they get proper maintenance

All my instructions showed me was to clean the burn pot and ash tray along with pulling the 4 rods on top of stove so there are 4 holes on top of burn area I didn’t know about that’s what caused the fire make sure those holes are cleaned every time the burn pot is cleaned out

Those 4 holes are the exhaust, they route down to an area below the burn pot. Still not sure how that would catch your hopper on fire as it is behind that. Was there a lot of creosote from incorrectly burning?

Here is a picture of that wire location like you posted on mine, that is the correct spot. As for the wire hanging did you trace it back to the control panel and see what wire it is?

You need to be doing more cleaning then that, you also need to take the right side cover off and clean out the exhaust port. That is where those cleaning rods dump the fly ash into. Depending on your ash levels you might need to be doing this every month. I went through some high ash pellets and just cleaned mine, snapped a pic while I had it open. This was after I had already run the leaf blower trick on my cleanout tee.

All of this is documented in the user manual.
