I was out in the sticks today and pulled off the highway to answer nature's call. Ten feet from my car there was a bunch of hemlock rounds. 20 rounds in the trunk and 3 on the passenger side floorboard.
The back end of the car was sitting pretty low and the 82 ponies under the hood were working extra hard to accelerate on the way home.
I probably needed a permit to gather wood there but oh well. I'll actually be up in that area with the truck and a permit in the next couple of weeks.

Heh-heh. Yeah, my car is a "woody" also. Self-leveling suspension helps. ==c
It will hold about a quarter cord.

You got junk in the trunk....the good kind!

ouch for the car. that can really mess up the suspension.

"Road kill" is legal in WA . Right ?
