Maxim M175 low water sensor

Anybody know what type of sensor this is? More importantly, does anybody have a complete parts list for the M175? My boiler is reading "LO" on the control panel even though it's full. Honestly, I'd like to just jump the sensor if it's a simple open/close switch, but I need to make sure first. I already tried wiggling the connector - assuming that the white plastic sensor with an epoxy filled back under the access panel near the controller is the correct one.

FYI I was able to answer my own question. The output from the controller is ~5V, and the sensor is open for low water, and closed for normal operation. My sensor was bad, and a short piece of jumper wire has me up and running until I can get a new one. I still haven't found the exact part # though.

Stop by your local dealer to get one.

Pull it out first. I had a similar issue about 4 years ago and the switch was pretty simple. A quick cleaning and back in business. No problems since. Have the boiler cool as water will run out.
