I have adjusted my fan power to help with flame for our altitude in our home in the mountains of Boone NC. I have also tried 4 different pellets and feel like our Pellet stove produces too much ash.
I want to try to decrease the feed rate to reduce the amount of pellets to see if that will help with the size of the flame and amount of ash that our Pellet stove produces. Does anyone know if I have to access a specific error code in the tech menu to change that setting?
