More Pellets

Well I thought I was done burning until I heard the weather report for the next several days.

So off I went to pick up 5 bags of Hamer's.

Maybe this really will be my last purchase until fall?

Nah...mother nature always has another trick up her sleeve. The nights are gonna stay a little on the cool side for a while i think. Will make for some good nights around the campfire with a 6 pack.

i cant wait to shut the stove down. put away my shop vac, stop hauling pellets inside, stop filling humidifier 2x/day.

dont get me wrong, i love the stove. it has saved me so much money, and keeps us way warmer than the boiler but its been a long winter and enough is enough. ready to break out the lawnmower, weed wacker and start some fresh garden tomatoes and peppers.

I agree. I want the snow to melt, set up the horse shoe pit and invite the guys over. Im ready to grill in nothing but a pair of shorts and sandals.

Another 1" snow here today, and forcasting lows in teens end of week. Will be burning for a while longer.

down to my last three tons, my pellet habit is down to a bag a day from two and half a day, Wondering how many tons I will have left for next year...

Northeast Ohio here also and mine will burn well into the middle of May as it does every year for the past 3 years.

It's 1:29 AM ET and temp is in the 60's right now...got the stove therm turned waaay back and the windows cracked...wind advisory up but a nice balmy night I hope it gets cool enough again to burn off this last bag I opened last night LOL

Same here! Looking forward to mowing the lawn with the Blackflies and Mosquitos chasing me!!
Would like to put in a small garden. Nothing beats the taste of fresh tomatoes!!

Also, want to get my '74 Grand Prix out of storage. Needs some more TLC to get her ready for cruisin!

56 @ noontime, now down to 41, stove is fired up already, expecting low 30's tinight. Other than a few early daffodils and such, not much sprouting yet.

5pm here and its snowing once again, got up this am and we had another 2" and winds chill of 8, now snowing and 29 out.. This is just sickining.. last year at this time i was trout fishing and it was 84?????

Stove is still burning a bit in the morning and evening(love my stat this time of year). Still about 1/2 bag a day. It won't be long before I dip into next seasons stash. Unless I get some more test pellets to try Hmmmm!
