Mount Vernon e2 - ignitor not working

I have a Mount Vernon E2 Ignitor Problem. Continuity checks out and has 38 ohms resistance. Replace Circuit Board. Still No Ignitor lighting. Replaced Ignitor. Still Not lighting. Replaced Wiring Harness , still not Lighting. Stove Blinks green in off mode. Prime with two turns, Pellets drop but does not light. By passed Safeties and Vac. switch, not lighting? Noticed space on Circuit Board is reversed on old circuit bd. Temp probe has wires needed to be changed out for new bd. Same thing does not light?? Any thoughts??

Check that you have 110-120v ac to the igniter, did the auto clean cut the wires?

Does the feed motor operate normally during startup? As Ssyko suggests, unhook the wires for the igniter at the control board and check that the board is outputting 120V. By unhooking the wires, you should eliminate any wiring problems further ahead. Once you have it at the board, you can continue checking the circuit further into the stove.

Replaced Ignitor- Not an Ae , just a mt vernon E2 with hand lever to empty burn pot.

Leaving work early to work on it. Ill, try testing out put on metal mounts to board to see what i get. There are two wires - black- Is one a neutral and the other one is 120 vac

Is the high limit switch tripped?

Feed Motor worked properly and I bypassed two resets and vac switch. Blinks green runs for 45 seconds and blinks green, goes into fast startup mode , drops pellets, but no ignition. Does the stoves exhaust need to be hooked up to work or test? Is there a damper door or anything when I was cleaning, that I could have hit that would restrict air flow and keep ignitor from working?

Is it possible you have a control board version with extra fuses?
