I usually use the larger splits for over night before I put my head to rest. Should I use the large splits all day ?You need to try larger splits. When it gets roaring like that wood is usually being wasted and burn times are shorter. That is the size we use for starting fires in our stove.
Thanks ws. What do you mean when you say to move my combustibles awayReally nice. Beautiful setup. Just move the combustibles away from the stove to meet your clearances. Hate to get a fire outside of that stove now.

I don't know what I would do without you guys . ThanksI wouldn't until mid winter. You also might need to be a bit cautious with temperatures in the 20's. That is not very cold yet but you definitely will need some heat.

Thanks again. I did move both of them awayI'm surprised no one else chimed in, but the wood on the right and the gloves on the left are too close to the stove. Anything that is combustible needs to have the same clearances as the stove from the wall minimal.
I checked out your stove again, looks great! Your hearth pad is very similar to mine, be well
