I have a regency i2400 and I have a couple questions, when I get ready to call it a night and load up stove is there a limit on how much wood I should put in or as long as it fits am I ok, also how far should I close the damper in order to still get good heat but a longer burn time, thanks for any help

I have the sister insert to yours. Yes, load it up as much fits. I like loading front to back-I think I get more in. My manual had directions on that:
"The fan is to be operated only with the draft
control rod pulled out at least 1/2" from the
fully closed position. The fan is not to be
operated when the draft control rod is in the
closed position (pushed in). The fully closed
position is the low burn setting."

My manual has a little chart suggesting that the fan should be off when burning slow too.
I ripped that part off and started my next fire with it.;)
