Bought a St. Croix York insert in November, had it installed in December. Had some issues during break-in until we got the hang of the damper. Ran GREAT until this weekend. Auger stopped feeding pellets - we checked out the insert and found that a wire had disconnected. We reconnected and it worked fine until today when it went out overnight. Blinking #3, there were no pellets in the burn plate. The auger quit working again- this time, the wire was disconnected on the other side - we reconnected, still nothing. There's no obstruction, the set screw is fine and the ash pan and everything are closed properly, we have cleaned the stove weekly. What's going on?! The dealer is less than helpful - anybody have any ideas?!
