The simple truth is if we dont start using NG in our cars we will be exporting most of the excess produced by thousands of new gas wells in the east.All the while continuing to be shackled to oil imports and $4-5 gasoline. I read that NG would cost $1 a gallon at the pump.
Another plus My favorite truck of choice the GM silverado is CNG capable.

Seems like a possible scenario. The corporate world will sell to the highest bidder as long as it's able to make a profit including transportation costs. For example, Gulf of Mexico oil does not necessarily end up here.
