Hello. Newbie here. I have a really nice cast iron direct vent Nu-tec stand alone stove. I need to convert to propane. Is it possible that the valve can be modified or will the orifices need swapped. I can not reasonably access the orifices so I'm hoping the valve can solve it. Any help is appreciated

You will need new orifices. The NG orifices are too large. Your manual should specify what size orifices are needed. You will also need to change out the regulator head. Some conversions may ALSO require you to change out the burner.
