Hi Napoleon owners. I have an nz3000 in my living room with a gravity vent to bring heat to the other side of the hearth. I would like to pump some heat down into the basement and spill it below the kitchen floor. I have space behind my unit to do this, but I don't know what I need to do so. I have heard the nz64 blower does not move much air and would not be worth it. Can any inline fan be used? If anyone has experience with this I would really appreciate any help or advice.

Thanks

The NZ 64 does move a lot of air when used to push air through the unit and out the top. I never really heard many success stories of moving hot air downwards with a stove. An inline fan would probably overheat, maybe if you could rig it to push air instead of pull it that would work better.
