I have had my Mt Vernon for about a year and have been happy but my stove cleaning guy suggested an OAK. I bought one this weekend but I don't know how to physically attach it to the stove itself. I haven't bored the hole yet through the exterior wall because I just don't know how to attach the pipe to the stove. It seems like there is a collar adaptor missing but all of the kits I have looked at don't have such a thing. Is there a special attachment I should be looking for or does the pipe just get jammed into the receiver hole of the stove - pretty impossble frankly. The stove company that sold me the adaptor told me to use a soda can, but there must be a better way. Please help.
