Question:
What a great site! I have been around wood burners for my whole life, 31 years. So when i built my house I put one in, an Earth Stove T150-C. I have quickly learned in the past 4 years that I do not like cast iron stoves or catalytic combustors!
I am now looking to purchase a Lopi steel stove, the Liberty. I like the size, and the non cat system.
What is your opinion on this stove? Would you consider this to be one of the best choices for a non cat wood burner...possibly the best?
Answer:
I would say you cannot go wrong with your choice. Our store has sold Avalon, a sister brand for over 10 years, and we have found them to be reliable and easy to operate. The liberty is one of the largest non-cats and will really do the job!
