A co-worker is building a new house and is considering adding a new HE fireplace. His HVAC guy quoted him a price for the following furnace. Any comments? The "up to 8 hour burn time" seems a bit short for a 4CF firebox, especially with how most manufacturers over exaggerate burn times.

Looks like it is a variation of the Montecito Estate Cat fireplace which is now sold by Astria, another IHP company.
