Osburn 2000 Insert Surround Question

I'm going to order an Osburn 2000 insert for my fireplace. I'm contemplating having a local metal shop fabricate a custom surround, but I do now know the dimensions of the cutout for the stove. I know the dimensions of the stove, but I want to make sure I have proper clearance (if any) between it and the surround. Could anyone that owns one tell me the dimensions of the cutout and the depth of the surround? Could anyone also tell me the approximate angle of the heatshield? I think the heatshield is about 6" long or so?

For custom work I would install the insert and then measure directly off the stove. Or try Osburn support:
