Hmmm........ fire's dying low fairly quickly lately.

Hmmmm....... something's different.

Investigating, I did the dollar bill test on the front door.

Mind you, I don't use the front door much unless I'm loading small splits n/s or if I am cleaning the glass.

Hmmmmmm...... gasket seems loose near the latch.

More "Hmmmmmmmmmm's" and I found the culprit:

The shiny spacer that the door latch catches on is loose and is slightly tipped to the side.

Re-seated the shiny spacer and tightened it up.

Good to go.

Glad you found the culprit. It's nice when you can nail the problem quickly.My headaches usually plague me for ages before I finally figure them out.
