OWB with forced air, how many cycles per hour on inside t-stat?

I installed an extra t-stat to control my blower on my furnace. It's set up so the circulator for the heat exchanger only runs when the blower is running. I was wondering what I should set my cycles per hour on the t-stat at, to maximize wood savings?
