First time caller - long time listener. This is my first forum post as I have just officially joined tonight.

My wife and I are building a new home. After many hours of research, we purchased a PE Alderlea T6 stove. The house is going to be a 2300 square foot "focus on energy" tightly sealed house. Should I have the OAK installed to keep from having to have a window cracked whenever we are burning?

Any other tips or comments on this stove? Thanks in advance!

In modern very tight home an OAK could be a good idea. Many towns require it for new construction installations.
