Painting Vigilant I stove

I am replacing the doors on my Vigilant I, which I inherited and it is an brownish/black/greyish color. The doors do not match. Can/should I repaint the whole stove to match the doors and if so what is the best paint to use? Thank you for any and all info!

Unless you have an enamel stove, which painting can be problematic, you can repaint the entire stove. Stove Bright makes a number of different high temperature paints in colors & types specifically for this purpose . I’d buy two cans to make sure you have a sufficient amount.

Hi,how did the stove right work out for you?
I also oredered two cans of stove bright flat black and one can of stove bright preparation formula,I’m just beginning a complete restoration of my 1982 vigilant woodstove,I have now done a complete disassemble of all the castings and just beginning the sanding/cleaning stage,has anyone on this forum done this before,just looking for any possible tips available
