Hi, I have a Breckwell P24FSA. I have so many pellets that are not going into the burn pot. They shoot beyond the pot and start little fires on the ledge in front of the window. I've tried tons of different pellet types and have adjusted the damper and the speed. Nothing seems to change this problem. Additionally it is not that the pot is overflowing they are just not going into the pot. Does anybody have a solution for this? I'm just a girl and I don't really know how to do anything but if there was some kind of burner pot extender I could buy that would be great. Thank you!
