I have a Pelpro 265 CFM convection Blower that starts very slow, sometimes it needs a push. I cleaned the blades and pot graphite on the shaft. The motor get warm when running too. I do not see any lubrication holes. Any suggestions?
Is there a 3rd party aftermarket one cheap?
Maybe this one? It is a split capacitor. (Not good for variable speed)
