Unlike a lot of new tech its not "vaporware" and they dont live or die by their press releases. They just have figured out a different take on the Carnot Cycle that yields very high efficiency and by using supercritical CO2 as the medium they open up potential for external combustion which keeps the crap out of the fine tolerance equipment.

If I could buy stock I would, but since they dont play the stock game, I guess I just need to keep an eye on it and wish them well.
 
They are dealing with very high temps and pressures. It sounds like they need to work out the problems with the Brayton Cycle's high thermal stress on components like seals and bearings. Hope it work at the targeted goals. The target efficiency gain is impressive.
 
Glean only hype from the site. I always thought a screw compressor, used in reverse, would make a great steam engine.
I was Powergen one year and there was company that had a small screw type turbine. I havent seen it again.
