Looking for some assistance with a Piazetta p158 tend line stove. I believe my stove isn’t getting enough air to the burn pot, the smoke temp in p3 is sitting around 197. Glass gets black very quickly. A couple weeks back p3 smoke temp was 227ish, no black on the glass. Stove is cleaned at least every other day if not everyday. Any help is greatly appreciated!
