Piazetta LIA flue gasket/filter?

Hi there all. We own a Piazetta Lia but have had trouble getting a service pro here at our house. In cleaning the exhaust flue, this paper gasket thing appears to be completely fried and needs replacing. Does anyone know what this is and where I can find a replacement?
