I am a new owner of a Piazzetta Monia 2.0 here in our province of Quebec and I have 2 questions about it :
1) I am getting an E7 error after several hours of use, not sure why, there is enough pellets, the brasero is full of pellets, stove is new and has been used only 4 days.
setup parameters are still the ones of the installation.
2) Is there a way to decrease the convection fan setup as we found it too noisy even at P1 ? We did some decibel testing and at P1 it is around 50 db 1m from the stove. We do not need high speed convection fan as stove is in a basement with small room.
