I have quadra-fire garnet-t small room gas heater that upon start up this season, lit pilot as normal but shuts off after about 30 seconds. Any thoughts?

Thanks for suggestion. I wondered if thermocouple kaput whether I'd be able to light pilot at all.

It may be strong enough to hold the pilot at first, but if it loses millivolts, it'll shut off the gas flow as a safety measure...
