I have burned 5 tons of Curran hardwood/ softwood blend through my pb 150m this year. My exhaust fan completely jammed due to creosote. Thinking that it was the softwood pitch causing it I switched to New England 100% hardwood pellet. Less then half a ton in and I broke the love-joy coupler on the metering cup. A dealer told me that it was due to the hardness and length of the New England. Once I switched you could definitely hear the cup strain and pop as it scooped up the pellets. Anyone else have this problem with the New England pellets?
