My stove has stopped working correctly. When I turn the dial up to start the stove, the exhaust fan comes on but the igniter doesn't come on and the auger doesn't operate. I have checked the fuse on the circuit board, I have replaced the igniter, I have bypassed the snap disk and it still doesn't work, I have bypassed the vacuum switch and cleared the vacuum tube and it still doesn't work. I have checked the hopper lid switch and it is working correctly. I have checked all of the connections to the circuit board and other connections. I have cleaned the inside, and removed the exhaust motor and cleaned that area. I have removed the auger cover and made sure that the auger is rotating freely. But she still wont start up ?
In addition to this problem, we are also experiencing a lot of ash coming out from around the exhaust motor fan shaft.

Check the burn back snap disc
Also, check the hopper switch
Both will stop pellets from dropping and the igniter coming on
