I have the winslow pi40. I turn it on and all the light are on as they should be. I hit the start button and within 3 seconds the red light comes on and it shuts everything down. Any ideas?

Does the light stay red or blink red? Is there any other light on? If the light comes on and stays on its the igniter. Either bad or blown fuse. that is what the manual says.

Steve with Lennox, I have a PI40 that the Auger Motor sounds like it is starting to get weak and makes a severe grinding noise from the Auger Tube. Removed all Pellets, vacuumed out the tube for fines as best I could, took out the 7/16 bolts from the Auger tube and motor mount, spun the auger manually by rotating the motor, vacuumed more, reassembled, and still the same grinding. Just started yesterday. Any ideas? Looking into replacing the motor as it seems pretty old.

Also, looking for the Tech / service manual as the User / Install guide isn't very helpful for servicing.

Thanks,
Brian
