I am installing a new Portage and Main Ultimizer 34/44. I am considering installing a storage tank for the system in an insulated building that housed my old homemade OWB. I have heard both pros and cons to this idea with this particular unit. Please comment if you have had experience with adding a storage tank to a P&M system and what your thoughts and experiences have been. I have heard the system consumes more wood with a storage tank, can't quite wrap my head around how.

Thanks for your time,

KJ
