Prefab to Freestanding conversion

I have spent lots of time the last couple of years on this forum as I researched options to get more from the Majestic Biltmore 50 Prefab fireplace we had in our house. After much deliberation, I opted to do the ful on rip out and replace the prefab with a Hearthstone Mansfield and I wanted to post some pictures as a way of contributing to others thinking about the same thing and to thank the folks who helped me along the way.
