We have the stove in our garage right next to our house. There is a thermodisc on it. Everytime it heats up good the breaker trips and the blowers shut down. We cannot figure out why it does this. Any advice would be great. There is a 6 inch pipe for the cold air return.

The wiring on this furnace is simple. Trace out the wiring from the plug, to the junction box to the thermodisc. Look for a short caused by a wire insulation that has melted, or been abraded or perhaps at the terminals on thermodisc itself.

Great. That should be simple to fix.

Way too small!
(2) 8" supply lines out and (1) 6" return?!
That's ~100 sq inches out and ~28 back!
