I just scored three 250 gallon propane tanks for heat storage on my solo 30. I know I have to weld threaded adapters in for supply and return but was curious if I should weld in adapters for high vents and/or immersion wells for thermometers or just come off the top of the 1 1\4 adapters? Also looking for input on the location of the adapters. I plan to place the tanks vertically and have a 1 1/4" manifold feeding all three tanks. On the supply side should I come right out of the very top? How far down on the bottom should I go with the return adapter? Any and all input would be great!
