My quad fire insert has been working fine, but i ran out of pellets this morning. I refilled the pellet stove and when i tried clearing the message it was stuck on power symbol. I took the battery to try and reboot it, but quadfire is stuck on the screen and won't do anything. How can i fix the issue or get around it until the tech can come next week?
