Hello everyone,

I recently had a 2700I (wood stove insert) professionally installed and for whatever reason the top lip, the part that hangs over the stove to direct the air downwards keeps lifting the side paneling up. Since the side paneling is not bolted down, it only hangs on 2 pins therefore the top lip causes the side paneling to pop out on one side.

Is this a defect? Has anyone else experienced this and any solutions??

Thanks!!

Hey, I have one too!
Here is a picture of my setup.

I haven't had that problem-maybe it's not in the slots or something.
I don't think I can take those panels out now without messing with the tile-not sure.
Have you checked out your manual?

Is the side panel installed correctly? I would have to look at our showroom model tomorrow to verify what you are talking about.

Thanks everyone!

My side panels look like an upside "U" and it just sits on 2 pins, unless I am supposed to have them bolted down.

Thanks!!

Sounds like it might be installed wrong. Check out page 13
