I'd like to add a secondary thermostat to my castile, across the Heat output switch...I believe that way I could set the Main thermostat as sort of a "High Limit" where the stove would still turn off (and back on) however the Thermostat on the heat output switch would allow the stove to cycle between say High and low burn rates to keep the room in the same temperature...anybody tried this? is it a dumb idea? Would it wear out the heat rate controls? I assume it would void the warranty so I probably won't try it for a while anyways!! (attached is a picture of the Heat Output Switch off the Schematic in the Castile Owners manual)
