Has anyone had contact with Quadra-Fire to resolve the problem with very high flame on Warm restart?

eandbnorton said:clunk and tjnamtiw, yes I got a new t-stat (Lux 500) and I was able to set the anticipator/swing setting to two degrees in each direction. This doesn't take care of the green light issues (which I'm not really concerned with now), but it definately took care of the high flames issue. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. Definately worth the $30!
